For me, one of the best features is being able to connect with family I didn't know I had. Technical support does respond, but I don't have a phone number for them. It's a little expensive, especially if you want to research and get smart matches. When trying to match the captcha, the number "one" is quite strange looking--not like any "1" I have ever seen. Easy to write eMails to other members.

In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.
