For the most part I believe this is a good site. My biggest problem is that I haven't been able to trace my father's family from Germany/Bavaria. That is the main reason I joined the site.
There seems to be problems with the smart matches..many times the matches are for completely different people, this seems to be a waste of time as I seem to delete most of them & I don't have the time to always do so.
The other problem is that friends of mine have had trouble with their accounts not showing the correct sponsor, if we as your customers are paying then I believe we have the right to have the correct information.
I hope that in the future there will be more information available to make finding relatives from Germany/Bavaria easier.

In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.
