I have been a loyal customer to Find My Past for a number of years. It has been a superior site which delivered an easy to use navigation process and quick and accurate results. NO LONGER! Please do NOT read old reviews of this site and think that is the product you are getting. If you are reading this from abroad please DO NOT think the fabulous British old FMP is what you will be getting. The new site is beyond terrible and is not fit for purpose. Responses from the company state they are working to fix all the issues but WHY would a company launch a sub standard product and THEN decide to work on it? In the meantime, those of us locked into our subscriptions are in complete a melt down of anger and frustration and we are just a group of Family Historians who want a product which delivers results to its previous high standards. DO NOT TAKE OUT A SUBSCRIPTION.
In summary, I would not recommend FindMyPast.com to a friend.
