I have been using My Heritage for 2 years now and am very satisfied with the program and the customer service they provide.
I love the printouts I can get of my tree, and the ability to store detail for future reference.
I have had a techie problem and on contacting them, they found it working alright at their end so must be my computer. To avoid me not being able to print a family sheet, they actually did it for me at their end and emailed it to me. I think that is excellent service.
The one thing I would like to see, is the subscription being able to be on a monthly basis. As I am retired I struggle with finding the whole amount in one go, also it means that like now, the NZ $ is not good against the US. By having the choice of paying monthly at least it would get the NZ $1 at a varying rate. By paying monthly, it would enable me to keep my subs up whereas now, I may have to let it go when the due date comes up.
I would certainly recommend my friends to use this program.
