I have been with My Heritage for at last 8yrs and have been overall very happy. I am a Premium Plus member and find that this level of membership is well worth the extra money. Beyond my yearly membership, I pay nothing extra for all of the valuable connections such as burial records, baptismal records, immigration records, smart matches, historical record matches.
I today had a different issue in that while my Family Tree Builder was a 4 and the newest version is 8, I had called Technical help and they walked me through the process of installation. We thought that all was fine but the old version was not overwritten and the program reverted to version 4.
I again called Technical assistance and had a great technician named Juan. He walked me through uninstallation of the program f/b re-install of version 8.
Juan was calm, easy to understand, and his directions were flawless. The problem was resolved. We tested it by closing down and restarting my computor and everything is resolved and working great. JUAN in Israel get a top rating. If there was a 10, he would get it.
Am now awaiting my DNA results from My Heritage also.
In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.
