JewishGen received money from credit card company. No Value added services were ever forthcoming. In fact, there was no contact from them at all concerning this problem. They got the money, a lot of ill will and lost the chance for a full paying subscriber(or subscribers).

In summary, I would not recommend Jewish Gen to a friend.
