It is an interesting site, but its search is not always accurate. You can make nice memorial pages, but the editing is limited and confusing. The support is near nonexistent. If you have a question the only option is to watch videos. There is no search for help on specific topics. It has great possibilities, but needs some serious work to make it a user-friendly service. I would recommend it only if you get the membership at one of their "special discounts". In summary, I would recommend Fold3 to a friend.
