In the beginning it was a simple personal need about give an order to my memories, but it became soon a simply way to build bridges from my country and other countries where my relatives live, bridges between people that by this myheritage way are now a wonderful reality. thanks.

Dreams came true when I started up creating my familytree with Myheritage. I had been looking for years for a way to do it.
It wasn't easy because my family is from many countries.
With My Heritage it became easy and with very good support from Shimon, when I got troubles.
It is simply a fantastic program for searching and creatig a familytree.
I like the design and it is easy to manage around on the site.
I would love it even more when access to archives from Denmark and Cuba becomes more easy.
All the best wishes and best recommandations. I look forward for the further treebuilding. It is a pleasure and an addiction.

This is a brilliant site for family finding and matching. The report and chart features are especially good. The support team are really helpful and obliging. This is a very user friendly site. I would recommend My Heritage to anyone wanting to build a family tree.

Very friendly software, very flexible and allows you to insert a variety of information easily.
Customer Service - kind and determined to help. I had a serious problem (because of a huge tree) and although the problem was not really solved, I felt the desire to help.

I have only had to contact customer support a couple of times over the last 6 years but had timely, considerate, response in both cases.

I have not found a way to talk directly to MyHeritage, so I have left emails/messages on their support site. Both times I received a comprehensive response within 72 hours that completely covered my questions without requiring a follow up, besides a reply saying "Thank You".

I just signed up for advanced search. My first try at it was positive and I found it generally easy to use.

My family loves it and I plan on spending more time following up on the "Record Match" emails than I have in the past.

These sites take a lot of time to build and maintain. So I appreciate having support that is responsive.

I have never used another site, but my experience with MyHeritage has been very good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It is a excellent tool for novice dabblers, to moderate serious users (probably my current level). Probably serious users as well but you would have to ask them - check back with me in a year.

My Heritage Support Team are among the most user-friendly and helpful support teams I ever met over the net. Within 12-36 hours they come back with helpful tips and ideas how to solve your problem. In most cases they also make a step by step instruction in order make your fix of the problem guaranteed waterproof and safe.

If I have anything I would like from the MY Heritage support and development teams is a user-friendly place on their site where you easily can wish and ask for further developments of an already great site.

In age of 15 a car accident took my father away and all he left me are some memories and a little family tree of 13 person on my Bar Mitzva invitation card. (My tree grew up to 1350 names and growing).
I had few relatives on my mother side and I was living under the impression that the nazzi boot succeeded to squash the memory of my father side.

I invested research and time and finally, after 5 years I found many relatives all over the world and even in the next street.

I found out, that between of my grand uncles and grand and grand grand fathers were bank owners and national rate advocates as school managers who's teaching systems been used till today.
The program itself, basically easy to manage. Technical problems like language management were corrected and improved by the support team. As an impatient Israel, I find it very hard to wait for the answers.

I recommend this program as the only one that gives multi-language database.
The linkage possibility to Genni and other sources is making life much easier.

I started using My Heritage several years and then my computer crashed. I didn't back up my files on my computer but everything that I had published online stayed online! And that was a long time ago! I re-downloaded the My Heritage family tree builder and started another project. (I need to mention that I also tried another family tree software but it was so confusing.) My concerns with My Heritage were basically getting the online website back on the family tree builder so I could continue working on it and working on another project simultaneously. I have to say My Heritage support team has always been good about answering my questions and addressing my concerns. They will tell me what I can do and what I cannot do, and there are some things they can certainly improve on. I have to say however that I am very pleased with the support services. And they do respond promptly. I also love how easy it is to work on the family tree. It's wonderful. The price is very reasonable for what it can do. Thus, I recommend highly this... I have been a member of My Heritage some year now and are most grateful for everything I have discovered in my searching. I have added quit a member of relatives and also get in touch with relatives that I didn't know I had. We came together in a huge family reunion last year. they came from different parts of Sweden and from the US.

Suddenly last year I got problems and couldn't see and do everything I used to do earlier. My left side was blank. I contacted your technical support and they where most helpful. We had some correspondence and Jonas asked me to try another web-reader so I changes from Safari to Fire fox and whops. All my problems where solved.

What I value very much in My Heritage is that they develop the program all the time an add new exciting sides to it.

I will certainly recommend it to others who I don't have recommended it to before.

I hope I can use Heritage many years to come.

I started my Paternal Family Tree in 2011 with My Heritage, with no knowledge on how to go about it. The My Heritage Team have always been very supportive and encouraging and shown an interest in my venture. I have not been in a financial position to purchase much in the way of data subscriptions but without exception those who have called me have shown great understanding and consideration, never giving me the feeling that I was a "lost cause".

In spite of my limited access to research, through the Smart Matches and Record Matches, and the contact with other site members who share relatives, I have found out more about my ancestors through my association with My Heritage than I ever imagined possible in my wildest dreams. One of my greatest joys was hearing from hitherto unknown relatives. The Smart Matches, though time consuming, provide a great deal of information and if dates, etc differ, by reviewing them and the consensus of the matches it is possible to confirm information.
