I think the My Heritage Family Tree programme is, for me, definitely the best of the all the family tree programmes I have tried. If it had the added help when after searching, the result could also add further area's where this person might also be listed as in Ancestry.com. If it had this addition it would most definitely be the ultimate Family Tree programme.

When the smart matches come through, they have often come through with the same people in the matches tree as mine but in the wrong order, i.e. Mary Smith matched with Alison Smith, both in our trees but cannot mark as a match because they are matched together. How do I rectify that? It has happened several times.

My Heritage Family Tree is really enjoyable to use and very easy to navigate round, and I am still finding lots of extra areas in this programme that are absolutely delightful, such as the Timebook, can this be purchased? Yes definitely a wonderful programme, thank you My Heritage Family Tree team for sharing this great programme.

I'm not the direct user of MyHeritage personally, but my Dad is actively developing the whole family tree. He managed to dig more than 250 stories, each documenting some person's story with details. So, the overall tree is very huge, and roots of my predecessors become clearer to me and to my family. This was possible due to the effort made be MyHeritage service, where we were able to draw nice family tree. It was actually so huge that we have to split it over many sheets of paper during printing! So, I would like to say thank you. Although for my country the US dollar price is quite high, I consider this price a well balanced and the whole functionality is worth every penny. On the occasion I contacted with the support. My question was quickly answered, and things I pointed out were instantly repaired. I can say that support is alive, agile and complete. After few years of using the site I definitely can recommend it to those who are interested in documenting their history.

I have been a member of the MyHeritage Family Tree builder sinc 2011. Next week my computer crashed and I couldn't access the tree that I created. I wrote to MyHeritage support team right away. They (Dear Tzlil ) replied me within a day and did their best to fix my problem.

Now I am very happy and satisfied. Thank you Tzlil and MyHeritage.

There have been maybe two times I have contacted customer service and the next day got a answer to the question regarding my account with myheritage. I am always telling people about myheritage and how I love it. In giving this review it asks for bad points, well ya know what? I don't know any :)
I am so satisfied with all aspects of the program and the research it allows me to do. You really can't go wrong with the service and the program.

I started to discover my predecessors in 2000, when my cousin from the other part of the Earth gave me original package with Sierra's Generations Beginner's Edition 8.0 (Easy Tree and Easy Chart) and taught me in less than 1 hour, how to use it with efficiency. In that time I had personal computer with Windows 98 with CE fonts. The next one was notebook with Windows XP. With some tricks Easy Tree and Easy Chart worked fine on it. In December 2013 my notebook totally crashed, so I bought another one - but this one has 64 bits platform. I was forced to install Windows 7. It was much more difficulties to make Easy Tree running on it as it was on Windows XP. Because Easy tree uses CE fonts for Slovenian letters with "roofs", gedcom exports produced false names, surnames or places etc.

So I decided to find modern genealogy software, that should be the best surrogate for my favourite Generations Easy Tree and Easy Chart. I tested many of them (Brother's Keeper, Geni, Family Tree, Family Tree Maker, Ancestral Quest etc.), but MyHeritage became my favourite very quickly.

I would like to recommend highly the support team of My Heritage. My computer crashed with devastating consequences (I thought) to my family tree and all the information it contained. The Support Team were really supportive, helpful and professional in assisting me to restore my site. I am not very computer literate in some aspects, but with their patient and professional help (which consisted of answering my many, many questions via emails to them) all my precious information was restored.

I think MyHeritage is a very good program, it is easy to use and when you wonder about something, it is easy to find answers in Help or Forum. And most important: if you need to send a question to the helping-team, you get a quick answer. You always get help, often even in your own language.

Our family tree has close to 7000 names and I have tried all of the different genealogy sites. My Heritage is by far the best. Customer service is excellent. I had a complex problem that I had to solve. Within 24 hrs, support had gotten back to me and helped me through the difficulty.

The Smart matches are invaluable and I am not aware of any competitor that has such strong software. The site is easy to navigate and the results can be formatted in a multiple of ways, considerably more than the competitors. I also think the graphics are superior to the other sites. All in all I would strongly recommend.

I have been using MyHeritage for some time now, and found it to be easy to use. Soon after I started using this software I upgraded to Premium.

I am very happy with the options this software offers, and with the ability to share the information with many family members.

I must note the excellent help desk personnel who were there to provide assistance to problems I encountered until they were solved.

I started using My Heritage in 2009 to create my family tree. A few years later I switched from a PC to a Mac and found that I could not access and update my tree. I ended up walking away from it, not happy with any solutions I could find. Recently, a death of a family member renewed my interest in the family tree. I logged back in, reminded of my frustrations. I decided to email My Heritage to share my frustration. Much to my surprise, they were able to make adjustments and grant me access to family tree while using a Mac! I haven't done much so far so I can't speak to the value of the paid service or if the search capabilities are great but I can say that the customer service I received WAS great! Now several family members have joined in, adding information easily! Thanks so much!
