As a part of a population project, I was offered a free run with the DNA and I couldn't have been more excited. Thanks to the wonderful customer support for helping with all the queries and concerns. Keep up the good work guys!

A very charming young lady took my enquiry with great understanding, and was able to confirm that I would be quite unable to do what I wanted - in the nicest possible way!

It confirmed my suspicions, but it in no way detracted from the high regard in which I hold the people at MyHeritage who operate a system that in 99.9% of the time is as efficient as one would possibly hope for.

What I wanted to do was to delete about 100 pages of SmartMatches all of whom seemed to be of the most spurious links viz. 3rd cousin 10 times removed sister-in-law's half-brother. If I was to confirm them all I would have a family tree of enormous proportions, but little relevance.

But that is one of the smallest hairs in the gate. The film is always worth watching. That my family tree is where it is now is mainly due to the huge amount of input from MyHeritage, and their alpha plus assistance which is always available when wanted - in my case that is rarely.

Easy to navigate. I actually prefer MyHeritage site more than Family Tree Builder but that is just my preference; the trees are easier for me to read.

Customer service has been wonderful! They are patient with inexperienced users like myself.

As a brand new subscriber to My Heritage, I called for help in how to use both My Heritage and Family Tree Builder. Fortunately, I got a young lady named Brigitte. She patiently led me through a myriad of situations in a clear and understandable way, and always in the most pleasant way possible. For any and all of Brigitte's supervisors: keep an eye on this young lady--she is the best tech rep I have ever worked with from any company I have ever worked with. Brigittte is a tremendous asset for My Heritage!

I normally do not engage in writing reviews and sometimes feel it is a waste of time, however a number of minor issues I recently experienced with my website warrant this exception.

I commend the knowledgeable support team for a job well done, and for addressing my concerns in a timely manner. I was particularly impressed with their step-by-step and easy-to-follow instructions (accompanied at times with graphics), in helping me to better understand the many applications of their program and allowing me to navigate the site more freely. Their team demonstrated a sincere willingness to resolve my issues and was always ready to assist further if necessary.
In summary, I would recommend the use of 'My Heritage.'

I have used My Heritage for some time now, and all in all I am very satisified. It is easy to use, there is a lot of support and is is easy to get an overview. I would warmly recommend it

I am please with the team and the knowledge that they have. I know they are working as hard as they can to fixes the problems I have. They have help me very much. I would tell anyone to use MyHeritage for their tree.

I've used MyHeritage for over 10 years; have built up my family tree and have been fully supported by the technicians whenever I've had a problem. I'm not an expert on using all the features, as I'm a pretty basic researcher and have found most everything I need through this site and Ancestry. But I can highly recommend this site if you are looking for a reliable genealogy process and research engine. Am very satisfied I went with this program.

I would like to say I am very impressed with my heritage and the look of the website. I am all so amazed with the ease of uploading raw data to there website, another thing that I am anticipating is my DNA matches. The reason for this is I know I have part of my DNA is from the British isles so I am very excited to see what I can discover and how my heritage.com can help me find the missing links.
(The customer service representatives are very respectful, courteous and make you feel like you are not just a consumer, but apart of the my heritage family.

I had problems with synching my tree with the one on my computer plus another huge problem. It took weeks to find the cause of it but MyHeritage sorted it out and helped me along. Very impressive. Always polite and never intrusive, they finally found the cause - amazing. I am happy I joined MyHeritage.
