I received nothing but more pleas for donations. I tried to contact the company twice and ...I am still waiting.
I will admit that they helped me find some of my relatives from Slovakia, but I was really hoping to be able to use the extra data bases.
I have had the payment clear, but nothing from the company to indicate that I will be able to use the extra items.
Not happy with the experience.
I did not use technical support, so can not say much about it.
As a paying customer, no I would not try it again. As someone trying to search out data this is a place to start.
In summary, I would recommend Jewish Gen to a friend.
