Being a customer for 2days and trying to correct my double payment, I have never been treated so unpolite and with no solution. The customer service did not want to help at all. I wanted to search for my roots, but having paid for 1 year, I dont care but I will leave this company at once. You can not call the, or email them. You can make a ticket and somebody answers without saying his name and he or she was very very rude. They say it is my problem that I paid twice...... In summary, I would not recommend Geneanet to a friend.
