I started using My Heritage in 2009 to create my family tree. A few years later I switched from a PC to a Mac and found that I could not access and update my tree. I ended up walking away from it, not happy with any solutions I could find. Recently, a death of a family member renewed my interest in the family tree. I logged back in, reminded of my frustrations. I decided to email My Heritage to share my frustration. Much to my surprise, they were able to make adjustments and grant me access to family tree while using a Mac! I haven't done much so far so I can't speak to the value of the paid service or if the search capabilities are great but I can say that the customer service I received WAS great! Now several family members have joined in, adding information easily! Thanks so much!
In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.
