I have only had to contact customer support a couple of times over the last 6 years but had timely, considerate, response in both cases.
I have not found a way to talk directly to MyHeritage, so I have left emails/messages on their support site. Both times I received a comprehensive response within 72 hours that completely covered my questions without requiring a follow up, besides a reply saying "Thank You".
I just signed up for advanced search. My first try at it was positive and I found it generally easy to use.
My family loves it and I plan on spending more time following up on the "Record Match" emails than I have in the past.
These sites take a lot of time to build and maintain. So I appreciate having support that is responsive.
I have never used another site, but my experience with MyHeritage has been very good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It is a excellent tool for novice dabblers, to moderate serious users (probably my current level). Probably serious users as well but you would have to ask them - check back with me in a year.
In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.
