I will comment solely about the help desk service of MyHeritage.com.
In the past the only way to get info from them was to post a letter on one of their forums and sometime later, perhaps, someone might make a comment. If you were lucky it was s a staff member. Only recently I discovered they have have a phone-in help desk. I used it today and got lots of assistance from Sharon, originally from Holland. She gave me detailed explanations about how to use the Family Tree Builder, how to eliminate duplicates that showed up in the trees, how to import and synchronize data, and some other tips. She really knew the area I was inquiring about.
This is a great improvement. Now that I am aware of its existence I will use it when I need assistance in the future.
In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.
