Found this site through reviews and signed up after several days of free trial. Have had to call twice - once for a pricing question, and once for a technical question. Both the sales staff and the customer service staff listened and answered thoroughly.
I find the site a little hard to navigate, but think it is because I am using a laptop and think it may be more desktop friendly.
Still learning how to research, but just the ease of accessing census records makes the subscription worthwhile.
In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.
