I bought the DNA test. It was shipped right away. We activated it. Sent our sample. All was great. Now two weeks later nothing. I called and they said that was common. The it is not scanned received with they get it. It is only scanned when they get around to doing it. I was told to wait another two weeks and if they had not received it by then, to call back. So it could take a month she said and then we have to wait another 2 - 3 week from then and not from the time they get it.
Your concept is good, but your delivery is not as well.
In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.
