After cancelling my membership, and not using the site for 2 years, they continue to charge my credit card!

In summary, I would not recommend Fold3 to a friend.

It is an interesting site, but its search is not always accurate. You can make nice memorial pages, but the editing is limited and confusing. The support is near nonexistent. If you have a question the only option is to watch videos. There is no search for help on specific topics. It has great possibilities, but needs some serious work to make it a user-friendly service. I would recommend it only if you get the membership at one of their "special discounts".

In summary, I would recommend Fold3 to a friend.

The main problem I've had with this site is the lagging of it's server; I'm on a Fiber optic system and it takes forever sometimes to get the data to appear; sometimes it work o.k.; most of the time not so much.

They need to either get a faster service or fix the bottle neck in the service; especially if you a have paying account.

In summary, I would recommend Fold3 to a friend.
