Have been using My Heritage Family tree building program for about three years. In that time I have managed to find a lot of relatives. The smart matches are a good feature of the program as to is the face recognition for the photo's. In my three years I have had only one problem and this was handled promptly and with patience which is necessary for an oldie like me with limited computer knowledge. The only thing that I have found out due to this problem, was that because I uploaded the file from my Desktop when they had fixed the problem, is that no one can do any editing on the website now, and any further changes will now have to be uploaded from my Desktop. But this is a small price to pay for getting back to researching so quickly.

Would like to be able to get results from searching information from sites that don't require subscriptions.

On a whole a very good program

I have been using MyHeritage for 1.5 years and it has been very useful to help me organize my relatives. It also give me opportunity to work in my own language, Swedish as well as in English. I can higly recommend the site. When i had some technical questions I got support fast and helpful.

I have used My Heritage for a few years and enjoy using it. I have been able to make contact with the extended family in England, Ireland, USA and Australia by using the software.Many relatives say they appreciate the site.

I had poor computer skills when I started but I got positive help from the My Heritage team.

It would be helpful if one could make multiple uploads of photos although the face recognition is an excellent feature.

I needed to block someone from my site and had no idea how to do it. I sent in my request and had it answered very quickly and in well defined steps that I was able to follow. To have ready help when needed is a great feature of My Heritage.

You have evidently changed the way to edit porfiles on family trees.
You show me as having died 6/1/2001. I am very mcuh alive. My
mother died on that day.

Also, I just found out that my great-grandmother's first name was not
Mary, but Margaret. I can't get in to change these things.

I have used My Heritage Premium Plus for almost two years. I have not experienced any direct problems, it has mostly worked just fine. I would like to have a support tab, so it is easier to find the right way to make contact. My experience of the help desk is good, I want a little quicker reply. I'd love to have an autoresponder, so I know you received my question. It allows me to await your response. I would like to receive more information on how I am related to different people. I know it has with the number of people in the tree to do, but if I can wish for an improvement, so I do. I have great use of family book, and the various reporting functions.

I have also started using the app, which I appreciate, It´s always give me access to the family tree.

My family tree contains soon more than 6000 people. During these two years, the My Heritage has developed several useful features to help genealogy considerably. I've been using MyHeritage for a while now, it's really good to have access to a Family Tree program that is different from all the others. One thing I have found is that when I make a mistake they are quick to help and they've never made me feel like the 70 year old I am, now that has to be good in anyone's book:-) Just recently I clicked on something, and I still don't know what, and my tree went from 200+ to over 2200 people. Imagine me trying to work it out and not going any whiter than I am already. Well MyHeritage sorted it all out, and told me how to correct the mistake [should I do it again] Thanks Rafael and Roni.

I'd really like to be able to buy into all the benefits, but our government does not pay us oldies enough for that, perhaps that is the one thing I find hard, no doubt it is the same with other programs, the cost! T'is frustrating!

I cannot reccommend the program and the 'team' enough.

Began my family tree about 3 years ago and am up to 6000 persons. Came to it from Ancestry.com which became cost prohibitive. Once with My Heritage, I began to feel it to be much easier to use and way friendlier with it's sharing capabilities. The main draw for me was that it was more economical. The support I've received the three times I've requested has been outstanding. Many of our family members have visited, many other researchers have become members, and my children's children have all the work done for them already - a bonus. Already I've encouraged others to try the site and they have.

I have been using this product for several years now and have even paid up in advance I love it so much. Not only is the family tree portion excellent (especially with the freehand note section and ease of correcting errors), but the manner in which this has become our world wide family social network is very special indeed!

Prior to signing up with MyHeritage, I looked into over a dozen other products and the true selling point for me was that, in my opinion, the security was the best of any genealogy product on the market.

Now with SuperSearch and RecordMatch, they are getting more and more powerful.

The core of MyHeritage, family history and tree building is simply the best!

We've used My Heritage for about two years. We have 950 entries in the site and about 140 family members actively using the site. We take advantage of most of the features with special emphasis on Photos, Articles and Family E-mails. Our use of the Search features has been limited, relying more on family records. We are quite satisfied with the backup services.

The annual fees are very reasonable, especially when compared to Ancestry.com. I have to say that those complaining of limits on the free subscription program seem a bit petty. Especially since the paying customers are subsidizing their use.

We are particularly happy with the support crew - they have never let us down. They are professional, thorough and completely familiar with their product.

I don't think that My Heritage can be beat.
