I am not very computer savvy and have had difficulty finding locations for my tree's but with the
help of a staff member I had my information and how to find what I needed in a matter of minutes.
I haven't had to call many times but who ever the person is that I talk to is always pleasant takes the time to explain and always asks if there is any thing else they can help me with.
I let every one that asks, I have My Heritage and very happy with them.

In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.

I have done book reports in the past for my family and they have always been successful, but recently there appeared to be a fault with the programme. I contacted My Heritage and was told the software needed updating. This was done but it didn't make any difference, so I transferred all my information to a new tree, and this then worked. In the meantime I had contacted by e-mail My Heritage and was given some helpful advice by Mia, but in the end I sorted out my own problem. I do find that there is so much the site will do, that I find it all a little confusing. The response time to my query was satisfactory, but at one stage I thought I had been forgotten about.

In summary, I would recommend My Heritage to a friend.

I recently asked Support to help me resolve an issue where unwanted items had been added to my list of custom type facts (i.e. the program had added these, not me). Support was very helpful and resolved the problem by fixing a system file for me, but it took about 10 days, which I consider quite long for help in resolving a program error.

However, I would not hesitate to recommend MyHeritage.
- I have used the program for about 5-6 years, and despite some restrictions and some annoying elements (e.g. useless, time-wasting Smart Matches in the online version), I have not considered switching to another program.

I cannot locate records for father, mother, grandparents and many many others. Support personnel totally unable to help. Response times very slow despite having paid for premuim service. When speaking to a support person on the 'phone he actually lied to me - said he had an image of my father's birth details online in front of him - NO - the Scottish Records Office only release data, not images to ancestry sites - when I challenged him on this he hung up!!

Having paid lots of money to MyHeritage I now have to pay extra money to find the records I need on Scotlandspeople.

In summary, I would not recommend My Heritage to a friend.

I've used MyHeritage for over 10 years; have built up my family tree and have been fully supported by the technicians whenever I've had a problem. I'm not an expert on using all the features, as I'm a pretty basic researcher and have found most everything I need through this site and Ancestry. But I can highly recommend this site if you are looking for a reliable genealogy process and research engine. Am very satisfied I went with this program.

I would like to say I am very impressed with my heritage and the look of the website. I am all so amazed with the ease of uploading raw data to there website, another thing that I am anticipating is my DNA matches. The reason for this is I know I have part of my DNA is from the British isles so I am very excited to see what I can discover and how my heritage.com can help me find the missing links.
(The customer service representatives are very respectful, courteous and make you feel like you are not just a consumer, but apart of the my heritage family.

I had problems with synching my tree with the one on my computer plus another huge problem. It took weeks to find the cause of it but MyHeritage sorted it out and helped me along. Very impressive. Always polite and never intrusive, they finally found the cause - amazing. I am happy I joined MyHeritage.

Daniella on the telephone in Tel Aviv is polite, pleasant to chat with, very helpful, clear of speech and guidance and a true professional in every way. After a moment of internal research, she navigated me around the site until we found my target companion member.

I maintain my family tree, as well as a wider project based on my surname (2000+ individuals) and publish my results on Ancestry, FamilySearch, GeneaNet and WikiTree. I have tried tools from all of these, none of them come close to the MyHeritage/Family Tree Builder combination. Good sources management, ease of use for voluminous data entries (in FTB), best web design, which particularly important when sharing tree with non computer savvy family members.

I enjoy this site. I purchased the premium edition and use it daily. I have added thousands of people to my tree. On the mobile site you get a good tree which is easy to navigate. So far I have not been able to duplicate that on the computer site. Hopefully I will find out how soon. I get a picture of the tree when I put in a search name but I can't seem to interact with it. Other than that it is a great program. More helpful that Ancestry not not as easy to use. I need a good tutorial for the program because it has a lot it can do.
